Description

Typewritten transcript of Mary Sabilla Novello's travel diary from 1829 to 1832 transcribed by her great grand daughter Nerina Medici di Marignano (née Gigliucci) between 1947 and 1949. The original travel diary was found in Fermo in Italy in 1945. It is an account of her and her husband Vincent Novello's journey to Salzburg, Vienna and Paris in the summer of 1829, with notes on Mozart and Beethoven.
