Description

1 signed typescript response from Isaiah Berlin to Herbert Read, with a carbon copy of Read's initial letter. Berlin's response is on Princeton University headed paper. The letters regard [Camille] Honig, who has been 'persecuting' (in the words of Berlin) both Berlin and Read. Details are not given in the letter but Read notes he has advised his household to prevent all telephone calls from Honig being put through to him. Further information about Honig's attempt to start an International Martin Buber society, can be found in this series in the files 'Re. Martin Buber' and Camille R Honig.
