Property: land in Blubberhouses from Stainforth Gill Beck down onto the River Washburn, and up from the River Washburn to Redshaw Gill Beck, and on the west of the Washburn, between Redshaw Beck (on the north) and Stainforth Gill Beck (on the south), up to the boundaries of Beamsley, and of Middleton, and of Denton, and of the common pasture of Thruscross, anf of Timble and Pellewellam with its appurtenances - from Gamelswad, by the path beyond, as far as the road between Knaresborough and Scotton, and by the road which runs to the path by which one goes to Barkereswad up to Nidd, and going down from Nidd as far as Gamelswad and the common pasture of Knaresborough and of Scriven. And within these boundaries to assart and plough and build his houses without interference
Rent: 1 mark per annum - at the Feast of St Michael half a mark, and at Easter half a mark
