Description
Oatcake cooking on a hotplate in Mr. Leslie Feather's shop, Haworth (West Yorkshire). The oatcake will remain on this first hotplate for around 35 seconds. A trolley with a canvas belt stands next to the range, via which the oatcake dough is transferred onto the hotplate. Mounted on Photo File card. With ms. note.
