Informant Percy Metcalfe riding modern Dales working pony carrying bales of hay (possibly for winter feed) pannier-fashion up to a barn on the moors at Shoregill Head, near Gunnerside ( Swaledale). Mounted on Photo File card with LAVC/PHO/P0523. With ms. notes on the Dales pony.
