Davin at the Clarendon Press (May 1972-October 1972); Ian Williamson at William Dawson and Sons (June 1975-June 1976); and Anthony Watkinson at the Academic Press (May 1976).
An empty file labelled David and Charles was originally held next to this file, and probably also included correspondence with this publishing firm regarding the publication of the LAE. The correspondence has not been traced.
