Title in red and black.
Consists mostly of letters to and from Estrades, Cardinals Richelieu and Mazarin, Princes of Orange Frederick Henry and William II, King of France Louis XIV and King of England Charles II, Chancellor Clarendon, and M. de Chavigni, plus "Traité de Dunkerque" selling Dunkirk from England to France.
Issued in 1719 as tome 1 of his "Lettres, memoires, et negociations".
