The letter belonging, probably, to November of the same year is written in the blank space below the signature of a letter from W.T. Watts-Dunton to T.J. Wise, dated 29 November 1909. Letter dated 17 September 1909. On back of letter from A.W. Pollard to T.J. Wise, undated - probably 16 September 1909. Letter dated 26 November 1917. Enclosed: a letter from W.W. Caddell to Sir Edmund Gosse, dated 25 November 1917, with draft of reply suggested by Wise. See Gosse's letter to Wise dated 27-11-17 [for 26-11-17?]. Included in the second volume of this correspondence are: (1) a proof page of Wise's bibliography of W.S. Landor [no.XXXVII underscored; with MS notes in Wise's hand; undated; inserted after letter
dated 7 June 1919] and (2) a manuscript list, in Wise's hand, of articles in the "Spectator" believed by him to have been written by Swinburne, with comments by Sir Edmund Gosse.
