Accompanied by (i) an official postcard from Dr Spur as member of the organising committee of the Congress of Gypsiologists to Mrs Phillips, 15 August 1937, from Budapest, and (ii) a memorandum on Dr Spur by Mrs Phillips, manuscript, 18 March 1950.
