"The text... has been designed and printed by Sebastian Carter of the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge. The prelims and introduction are set in Perpetua and the poem is hand-set in 18 pt. Golden Cockerel Roman. The paper is 160 gsm Arches Vélin. The plates in the text have been printed by BAS printers and the books have been bound and slipcased by the Fine Bindery in Northamptonshire"--Colophon.
Illustrated by six mounted plates.
"The de luxe edition consists of seventy-five copies and twenty-five hors commerce copies, signed by Seamus Heaney and Hughie O'Donoghue and numbered 1 to 75 and i to xxv. With each copy is a signed and numbered original etching by Hughie O'Donoghue, printed by Simon Marsh. The regular edition consists of three hundred and fifty signed copies, numbered 76 to 425 and twenty-five hors commerce copies, signed and numbered xxvi to l."--Colophon.
