Description
Artists' book by Les Bicknell and Matthew Tyson.
Three strips of paper 17 cm. wide attached together with fragments of newsprint bearing television listings, to form a continuous leaf over 1.5 m. long, accordion-folded irregularly. A line of watercolour, approx. 45 mm. wide, runs along near the upper edge, in tones of brown and pink, varied for each of the three sections. Paper shapes are collaged on; there is gilding of the fore edge at one point. Pasted at the edge to blue card cover which bears a scarlet diagonal cross stapled on front.
Accompanied by loose leaf bearing coloured shapes and a telephone number.
Edition of 20 copies, signed by the artists.
