Biography or history

Arthur Lindsay Linfoot was born in Sunderland in 1875. Linfoot volunteered in 1915 and became a private in the 58th Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps during World War 1. He was posted to northern France in 1916. In 1927 Linfoot married Jessie F. Thatcher. Linfoot died in Sunderland in 1977.
