Description
Employment Group was established under the National Co-ordinating Group and had full responsibility for issues relating to employment of staff in Women's Aid Federation of England National Office, including recruitment, inductions, contracts, disputes, and general human resources issues. Members came from affiliated refuge groups, and there was strong worker participation in decisions.
Papers relating to the Employment Group include group terms of reference, working folders for employment issues (e.g. grievances, childcase, job shares, job descriptions), as well as agendas and meeting minutes for group meetings.
