Description
161 engraved plates of neoclassical designs for furniture by French designers including Lalonde, Delafosse, and Boucher, and German designers including J T Hauer, published during the mid 18th century. Plates engraved by Dupin, Delagardette, de St Morien, Foin, Le Canu, Carree and others. Two loose plates at the end.
The first leaf has the title plate (19th century): Publications relatives a l'ameublement et au decor, catalogue by D Gilmard au bureau du journal Le Garde-Meuble Rue de Lancry, 2, Paris, pasted in.
