Vols. 1-3 have the same imprint; vols. 4-6 have imprints reading: "London: printed for the proprietors; and sold by T. Heptinstall; G. G. and J. Robinson; P. Elmsly; W. Richardson; J. Debrett; and J. Bell"; vol. 7 has the same imprint slightly altered as thus: "and sold by H. Lowndes; T. Heptinstall;.."; vol. 8 omits "T. Heptinstall"; vol. 9 has "P. Elmsly and Co." in place of "P. Elmsly"; vol. 10 has imprint reading: "London: printed for, and sold by, the proprietors, no. 182, Fleet-Street"; vols. 11-12 has the imprint slightly altered as thus: "printed by John Nichols, for, and sold by, the proprietors, .."; vols. 13-16 have "John Nichols" altered to "Nichols and Son".
