[Side 1] John Johnson, John Young and Jimmy talk about cuckoos, discuss nesting habits, describe hatching of young ones, recall recent visit to cuckoo's nest and seeing petrels nesting on ledges in old quarry. [Side 2] John Young, Jimmy and Andy remember last-minute preparations for Jubilee Night (presumably 1935?), discuss instruments and band members, recall band playing from 12 o'clock midday to half past one at night, describe feats of drinking and sore feet from marching, express pride at success of occasion at such short notice.
