[Side 1] Mrs. Lomas talks about making black puddings and curing pig for ham, bacon and 'brawn' [= boiled pig's head], tells anecdote about being wrongly accused of hiding cheese vats at dairy. [Side 2] Mrs. Lomas recalls receiving half a Stilton for making best cheese in dairy, explains how to make cheese using 'starting' [= dried, salted calves' stomach].
