Parts I and II of the plain aquatint original issued in parts as advertised by George Smith in 1805.


100 plates dated Dec 1 1804 [part I] and July 1, 1805 [part II].


Bedford copy A085 incomplete, 95 plates, wanting plates 11, 24, 39, 65, 143 from part II, as well as any title page, or list of plates.


Bedford copy A584 in 2 vols, large quarto, has 100 coloured plates.
