Description

Highly pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of William Cookes. Trader details inscribed on oval panel surrounded by drapery and foliage with cabinet and columned building with scaffolding in background. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Remains of previous grey paper mount and glue present on reverse.
