Description
Computer printout photograph of pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of Henry Pass with images of mutes holding staffs and four designs of trunks. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Engraver details beneath trunks erased. Manuscript ink note 'John Johnson Collection'.
Transcription: Merchants & Captains Supplied. Henry Pafs [Pass], TRUNK, CHEST, and Packing Case Manufacturer. No. 64, Leadenhall Street, Opposite Cree Church, LONDON. FUNERALS PERFORMED.
