Description

Pictorial 19th century engraved trade card (label) of T. Handford [Thomas Handford] with Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom and motto 'Dieu et mon droit' at top of card. Images in each corner of card depicting (clockwise from top left) open trunk with inside compartment, man with horse carrying trunk, open trunk and writing slope. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Some repairs at bottom of card.
