Description
Highly pictorial 19th century engraved trade card of John Callahan with images of various decorative lamps and chandeliers. Eagle with wings spread perched on curtain rod at top of card. Elaborate patterned border along bottom edge of card. Trader details in a variety of typefaces with decorative flourishes. Remains of previous red and blue paper mount and glue present on reverse, obscuring manuscript ink note and calculations.
