Description

Undated pencil, ink and watercolour sketches on paper and tracing paper by K.A. Robertson, including studies of African children and adults, animals, biblical scenes, human and animal anatomy, vehicles, figurative scenes of everyday life, furniture musical instruments, heraldry, clothing and arms and armour, cartoons and caricatures and industrial machinery. The sketches appear to have been preparatory studies for book illustrations and includes proof prints and annotations. Original arrangement into three folders preserved.
