Description

A hand weaving of an elongated female head with a green headdress and braided hair. The main colours are off-white, beige and dark grey. There is also green, bright blue and metallic silver yarn. There are three green tassels, including on the middle of the headdress. This was made by Mary Barker MBE, the first female textiles student at the University of Leeds.
