Description
Cream museum exhibit card from the Department of Colour Chemistry, displaying annotated photomicrographs of lengths and cross sections of Viscose Rayons X800, 150 den. The top section shows 5 lengths: 27 fils, bright normal serrated; 27 fils dulled after spinning; 36 fils Dulesco oil dulled in spinning; 40 fils Delustra pigment dulled in spinning; 40 fils Delustra dark ground illumination.
The next 3 images are of cross sections as follows: bright normal serrated; Dulesco; Delustra. The final 3 images are of bright normal serrated: 250 den, 30 fils; 150 den, 36 fils; 150 den, 100 fils.

Features
The microphotographs have been glued to the card from the back, slightly overlapping. Each piece has been numbered in pencil: 1 -10 and also 12a. These are not in sequence since presumably the order was altered in the final layout. Item 12a is also annotated 'YF. after spinning'. There is also a small strip of paper glued to the top at the back, possibly the remains of an additional note.
