Description

Cream museum exhibit card from the Department of Colour Chemistry, displaying five annotated samples of dyed poplin. Samples are glued to apertures.

Additional notes below: 'acid dye sighting colour in grey to mark opposite twist of warp. Vat dye stripe with direct dye ground in the finish.'
