Description

Cream museum exhibit card from the Department of Colour Chemistry, displaying 6 annotated samples of dyed textiles. Samples are attached to apertures with tape.

4 samples are piece dyed and they contain:

- Cellulose acetate and Viscose Pile.

- Cotton and Viscose Pile.

- Cotton and Viscose Pile Printed.

- Mohair Pile dyed fawn and Printed.

2 samples are Cotton back dyed Sulphur Black and they contain:

-Mohair Pile piece dyed Acid Black.

- Mohair Pile dyed logwood (pony skin).
