Description

Cream museum exhibit card from the Department of Colour Chemistry, displaying 20 annotated woven samples of dyed textiles. Samples are of dyed blends of double structure viscose, wool and cotton on the left of the board (10 samples) and viscose (warp) and wool (weft) on the right of the board (10 samples). Plain and fancy weave, including brocade, are evident. Samples are glued to apertures.
