Description

A hand woven blanket, made by sewing three equal lengths together. The design is of alternate stripes of mauve/pink and larger symmetrical stripes incorporating turquoise, pink, mauve, orange and magenta. The base and predominant colour is purple. The warp thread is pale blue, possibly cotton. Each width has short tassels in sets of three colours: orange, green, red, brown and pink.
