Description

A sample of commercial weaving associated with the pointpaper design 2017.22.4, showing stylised cranes with a Japanese / art nouveau influence. This weave is in royal blue and cream over a green warp. Made by Mary Barker MBE, the first female textiles student at the University of Leeds. This is the same design and colourway to ITC 2017.22.2.
