Description

Cream museum exhibit card from the Department of Colour Chemistry, displaying 1 large annotated sample of yarn dyed pictorial brocade with cotton warp and viscose weft. The design, inspired by traditional Oriental art, depicts four figures playing music and dancing in a water garden setting filled with flowers and foliage.


The sample is glued to the aperture.
