Biography or history

Dr Thomas A Acton (MA DPhil (Oxon) was Reader in Romani Studies and principle lecturer in School of Social Sciences at Thames Polytechnic/University of Greenwich. He was also listed as an exceutive member of the Gypsy Council for Education Culture, Welfare and Civil Rights.
