Correspondence and papers concerning Fraser's authoring of a script, "Nomadic and Settled Gipsies, " for a European Radio Series, "Gipsies in Europe," as part of a project by the International Radio University, (URI).
Includes correspondence with various broadcasters on behalf of the URI, (including the British Broadcasting Corporation and Radio Bern) and records of payments made to Fraser from various broadcasters for using the script.

The International Radio University (URI - now URTI) was formed in 1949, - partly supported by UNESCO.
