Item related to the Extraordinary meeting, orignially due to be held on the 16 March 1920 and subsequently held 21 March 1920, in which the transfer of society assets to the Leeds Corporation was discussed.
(i) Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of proprietary members [Two versions: one for the original 16 March Meeting and one annotated with the 21 March written in its place]
(ii) Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of proprietary and ordinary members [Two versions: one for the original 16 March Meeting and one edited with the 21 March date]
(iii) Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of proprietary and ordinary members and of subscribers [Two versions: one for the original 16 March Meeting and one annotated with the 21 March written in its place]
(iv) Two annotated copies of meeting resolutions, with a letter from Edwin Kitson Clark to The Town Clerk Leeds, 5 August 1920, and a letter from Sydney Kitson to unknown receipient, 12 August 1920.
