Description
Manuscript notebook on lectures by Berkeley G.A. Moynihan (1865-1936), 1st Baron Moynihan and surgeon, made by Samuel Samuel whilst he was a student at the Medical School, University of Leeds.
The volume has the title written on the first page, with signature and dated Dec. 18th 1911. Original pagination throughout, from pp.1-135; pp. 95-135 are unused. The notes are accompanied by 19 illustrated figures on versos.

Samuel Samuel was a student at University of Leeds Medical School, 1911; he graduated MB, ChB in 1912.
Provenance
Transferred to Special Collections in 1981. Previously catalogued under an artificial collection, SC MS Ess.
