Clarkson, 8 and 28 Sep 1942; E. Harker, 14 Feb 1944; J. Scott, 27 Oct 1942; and T. Sheppard, 5 Sep 1942 and 14 Oct 1942


Vols 1 and 2 were originally numbered 6 and 7 by the compiler on their title-pages
