Printed copy of the complete score of 'Macbeth' attributed to Matthew Locke but actually by Richard Leveridge, with Piano-forte accompaniment by E. J. Lodger. The piece was written in 1672. This edition was Published in London by D'Almaine & Co., 20, Soho Square. Also contains 6 handwritten instrument parts, copied from the score.
