Description
Extracts from notes taken by Dr Warner on the care of two brothers. The notes cover the period from 8 Dec 1885-22 Apr 1886.
The notes are written in black ink on a clinical report pro forma printed for Dr Warner. There are two separate papers with notes, one for each child.
It is thought that Dr Warner practised at the Leeds General Infirmary.
