Volume 3 includes "Parochiale Anglicanum" ([10], 232 p. at end) and has separate titlepage, pagination and register.
The "Parochiale Anglicanum" originally published in 1733, follows main text of v.3 and has special added title page reading: "Parochiale Anglicanum, or, The names of all the churches and chapels within the dioceses of Canterbury, Rochester, London, Winchester, Chichester, Norwich, Salisbury, Wells, Exeter, St. Davids, Landaff, Bangor, and St. Asaph... London : Printed for R. Gosling ..., 1733."
A reissue of the sheets of "A survey of the cathedrals..." which were printed for R. Gosling in 1727-30, with new titlepages ; "Parochiale Anglicanum" is also a reissue of sheets printed for R. Gosling in 1733. Cf. ESTC(RLIN).
Dedication "To the Honourable Alexander Denton" is on p. [v]-viii of v.1 (name not traced).
