Inscriptions on front flyleaves: ‘E.M. Walker’ and 'Mary Grantham / The Gift of her most esteemed Friend / Charlotte Hillminster / Ripon, March 17th 1812'. With a further illegible pencil inscription on front flyleaf reversed
