Includes: papers and correspondence relating to acquiring the cemetery company, 1940s-1950s;

papers re managing the running of the cemetery, 1950s-1960s;

company share certificates;

three photographs of the cemetery, [c.1960s];

three copies of the memorandum & articles of association of the Leeds General Cemetery Company Ltd, 30 Nov 1956, and two copies of the memorandum & articles of association used for passing the Special Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting, 1956. One has a copy of the annual report and balance sheet inside, 31 Dec 1956;

two copies of a memorandum re estimates for producing a typed list of all those buried at the Cemetery from the burial registers, Mar 1966;

papers re the Inter-University Council for Higher Education Overseas and the Conference of Overseas Vice-Chancellors, Ottawa, in Sep 1970 (1971);

file containing exhibits for the brief on the University of Leeds Bill at the House of Commons, [c.1963-1964];

and other papers.
