Contains correspondence with the Imperial War Graves Commission and associated papers relating to the erection and maintenance of war graves at the cemetery for both the First and Second World Wars.
Includes: bank orders for payments received; an example form and two completed copies of the Imperial War Graves Commission report used by the Cemetery for listing the details of the headstone inscriptions and texts for war graves included under the maintenance agreement, 1928; annotated tender form for work on the supply and erection of headstones, 1929; a separate list of graves included in the agreement for maintenance of war graves at the Cemetery, 1 Oct 1935; plans and diagrams of the proposed headstones and regimental insignia engravings; an agreement for the maintenance of headstones with an attached list of the graves, 13 Dec 1952.
