17a LEASE FOR A YEAR, 20 Aug 1727

1) John Parker of the City of London linnen draper Lord of the manor of Harden

2) Benjamin Ferrand of St. Ives in the parish of Bingley Esq.

Lease by 1) to 2) of a parcel of common, part of Harden Moor and staked out, abutting on certain closes belonging to Harden grange on a way from Harden grange to Harden on the South and on a way from Harden to Marley and Thwaite North and West containing 12a. also a layne and waste ground leading to Cockcroft fold in Harden and a layne leading from Bingley Bridge to Skarnesyke yate and the Blind layne in the same with liberty to get stone for enclosing the premises.
