For a consideration of 40s., 1) has bargained and sold to 2) a messuage burgage or tenement with 1 barn, 1 garden and 1 backside, ½a. in Bingley at a place called Cutfloshe in the tenure of Edward and 1 close in the North field of Bingley ½a., between the land of Stephen Wright on the North and James Utley on the South With tithes appertaining to the premises.
