1) Joshua Ferrand of Bingley yeoman 2nd son of George Ferrand late of Bingley (deceased) which George was eldest son and heir of Edmond Ferrand late of Bingley (deceased); and Richard Ferrand of Bingley yeoman son and heir of George Ferrand

2) Robert Ferrand of St. Ives, parish of Bingley Esq.

For a consideration of £110, 1) has released and quitclaimed to 2) a messuage burgage or tenement in Bingley in the tenure of 1) with all buildings, gardens, tanhouses, tanpits etc. on the East side of Towne street in Bingley known as Cuttflosh; closes in Bingley called the Burrages on the East side of the messuage; 2 other messuages and a barn in the tenure of 1), Christopher Hardcastle, John Smith or some of them; and tithes arising from the premises
