In fulfilling the agreements in an indenture made between 1) and 2) concerning the marriage of Robert s. of 1) and Rosamonde daughter of 2), 1) has granted to 3) his manors of Bradley, Elfaburgh, Anneley, Heyton and Helme in co.York and all his messuages, lands, tenements etc. in Bradley, Elfletburgh, Annely, Heyton, Helme, Wakefeld, Snapthorp, Thornes, Robertthorp, Bradschay, Howden, Warwyke, Yowkesflayt, Blakestowe and Balkeholme in co.York and elsewhere except for a Capital messuage called 'The Olde Hall of Snapthorp' and all other lands which he gave to 3) by a deed dated 28 Aug.1527 To hold the above premises (except as excepted above) to 3), their hs. and ass. for ever of the chief lords of that fee, for services due and by law accustomed, for the uses stated in the deed. Power of Attorney: 1) has appointed George Key and John tyle? his attorneys to give seisin of the premises to 3). Latin.
