Description

Printed on vellum, from the only known copy, belonging to Lord Arthur Hervey, who discovered it in 1861, in a volume of tracts.

The original, printed probably at Antwerp in 1530 or 31 by Martin de Keyser, has title "The Prophete Jonas..."

"The Prologe", headed "W. T. Unto the Christen reader", ([A₁]-C₁₁₁₁) had been reprinted a number of times in early editions of the Bible.

Coverdale's version (8 p. at end) is from his folio Bible, 1535.
