Wilf Morgan, butcher, recorded in Mossley[continued from tape LAVC/SRE/A707r]; talks about a delivery pony and trotting races (the Pelican Mile); delivery vehicles - traps for orders/deliveries, drop-back trap for transporting either meat from the slaughterhouse, or live animals; slaughtering of animals and slaughterhouse rules; cutting and dressing meat; compares the method of cutting pre-war.
