Description
[Collector announcement]; the wedding ceremony and reception for the marriage of the informants recorded on tapes LAVC/SRE/A571r - A574r. The wedding service was recorded in St Wilfrid's Churchin Leeds[Tr. 2], and the reception was recorded in Harehills Working Men's Club, also in Leeds. [Tr. 1]. This includes the cutting of the cake, toasts and speeches. The sound quality in the church is affected by some echo, making the vicar's voice and the prayers difficult to hear.
