Bob Hart, recorded at home in Snape on the 16 July 1974, sings and comments on 'Great Red Dawn'; attempts 'When the Sunset Turns the Ocean Blue to Gold'; sings 'The Firemen' (song sung in school); singing at the Butley Oyster pub, with observations of his singing and that of Percy Webb and Percy Ling; audience participation; thinks about singing 'There's No Place Like Home'; sings and comments on 'When the Golden Sun Sinks in the West'; sings 'You Taught Me How to Love You', learned during his time fishing in Grimsby; talks about learning/remembering songs; sings and comments on 'With Someone Like You'; rehearsing; sings part of 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles'; different versions of 'The Foggy Dew' - sings older version and that of Benjamin Britten.
Bob Hart sings and comments on 'When You Come to the End of a Perfect Day'; sings 'Rule Britannia'(sung at school); musical school master and singing at school; [?Bob Scarce's] disc recording; sings 'Hearts of Oak' (learned at school); sings 'When the Golden Sun Sinks in the West' and 'The Rose of Tralee'; concentration when singing.
